Enlucent tops Austin Grand Prix Predictions

 

Rodd Stenberg’s Enlucent topped a high-scoring penultimate round of the Castrol EDGE Grand Prix Predictor in Austin.

A bumper 147-point haul also helped Stenberg vault into the top 10 of the global leaderboard, and with just Brazil remaining his team sits 49 points off the lead.

The foundation for his success was laid by correctly calling the top three finishers in perfect order – with Lewis Hamilton’s pass on Sebastian Vettel a decisive moment.

That tally was boosted further by perfect shouts of Jenson Button to finish fifth and Romain Grosjean to come home seventh, earning 20 points in total.

His final three shouts of Pastor Maldonado in eighth, Nico Hulkenberg ninth and Sergio Perez 10th meanwhile all earned five points apiece.

While he missed out on additional scored for pole, fastest lap or positions gained, Stenberg had an ace in the hole – deciding to drop Abu Dhabi racewinner Kimi Raikkonen from his top 10.

Having not done so before Austin, he therefore gained an extra 40 bonus points, carrying him to the top of the gameweek and into overall contention.

Heading into Brazil, Saxxy currently sits in prime position to receive the £20,000 overall prize having accumulated 788 points over the year.

Just two points behind however is Dhiyanu, while The Flash – the leading team before Austin – is still well in contention, a further three points down the road.

1,306 teams in total called the podium trio in perfect order in the United States Grand Prix, leading to strong scores across the board.

Wiesel ended up top of the German leaderboard, with John Player and Rover75 took respective honours in the Dutch and Polish leagues.
